Wishing you a restful weekend – the calm before the not so calm – as Halloween, with all of its excitement arrives next week. As shared, students are allowed to dress in a costume (that does not hinder learning); however, they cannot wear anything gory or bring any accessories (pretend weapons, light sabres, etc.). Thank you in advance, for all of your support!

Volunteer Clearance - Completing the Process:

• Please ensure, once you receive your clearance letter from CPS, that you scan and email (rtalderman@cbe.ab.ca)/ or submit in person, within 60 days, a copy of your clearance letter.
• Under the new ePIC clearance process, CPS only sends clearance letters directly to the applicant.
• Once an applicant receives their letter from CPS, online access to their clearance letter is granted for only 60 days; after this time, the applicant would need to reapply, and incur the application fee again.  

RTA Science Fair:

• As RTA students find themselves immersed within the Science Fair process, project selection should be finalized on November 1, 2023.
• Once project selection is finalized, students may begin to required supplies
• If you have any specific questions regarding Science Fair, please email your child’s HR Teacher or our Science Fair Lead Teacher, Ms. Burkell at kjburkell@cbe.ab.ca
