Good afternoon, Raven families,
It has been another exciting week for our student athletes, with plenty to celebrate. A big congratulations to our Junior Boys Basketball team on winning the recent Wildcat Tournament. We are proud of the boys and coach Aaron and Mr. Lee for their hard work and teamwork. Congratulations as well to our girls' wrestling team, who competed in their first tournament yesterday; and best of luck to our boys' wrestlers as they take to the mats today.
As we look ahead to next week, a couple of important reminders. On Tuesday, we will be holding two separate Remembrance Day assemblies, as our school community is too large to fit everyone into the gym at once. These assemblies provide an important opportunity for our students and staff to come together to honour and remember those who have served and sacrificed. Next week is also a short one, with Fall Break running from Wednesday through Friday. We hope that everyone enjoys the extended break. Have a wonderful weekend, and perhaps I'll see some of you at Beakerhead!
