Wishing everyone wonderful December weekend. I am looking forward to relaxing with my family (who are all at home) and tackling my very long to-do list! 

Band Fundraiser | Growing Smiles Plant Delivery:

·       Plants will be delivered to RT Alderman School on Thursday, Dec. 7. 

·       Ms. Gray will email all contacts with a specific time for pick up on Thursday, the time will likely be 3:35pm-5:30pm. 

·       Plants will also be available for pick up on Friday at RT Alderman School between 8:45am-2:30pm.  You are welcome to pick up orders for other people, we only require the name the order is under.

 RTA Winter Calgary Food Bank Drive:

·       The RTA Grade 9 Leadership students would like to announce a Food Drive, starting December 4 – December 15, 2023.

·       The Homeroom Class that brings in the most non-perishable food items will win an awesome prize: a walk-in-movie in the Learning Commons.

·       The Calgary Food Bank is an importance resource for Calgary families needing emergency food.

·       Thank you from the Leadership Team!

Basketball Season:

·       Attention all RTA basketball players – please bring your washed jerseys to school on Monday. We will be taking our basketball team photos during lunch. 

Yarn Donations:

·       We are happily accepting yarn donations for our Loom & Knitting Club!

·       Spare yarn (and looms) can be handed in to Ms. Lewis in the office.

Lost and Found:

·       Thank you to those families that were able to check the Lost and Found items during School Conferences.

·       There is still a large number of items in our Lost and Found. Please ensure your child to look in the Lost and Found if they are missing anything.

·       Any items remaining after Wednesday will be washed and given to those in need.
