Dear Raven Families,

As a province-wide teacher strike is scheduled to begin on Monday, October 6, 2025, classes will not be in session, and school operations will be affected, including extracurricular activities and planned trips.

• Field trips: All trips scheduled in October will be postponed. We are working with providers to explore rescheduling options and will share updates once confirmed.
• Extracurricular activities: Games, practices, and club meeting will also be postponed until school resumes.
• Updates: Please continue to check your email regularly for official updates from CBE.

We recognize this is disappointing news for many students and families who have been looking forward to these opportunities. Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and support.

Although these next days bring some uncertainty, our school community is approaching this with resilience and care. While we cannot predict how long the disruption may last, we remain committed to supporting our students and families with patience, compassion, and kindness.

We are grateful for your partnership in supporting student learning at RTA. Together, we will navigate this time with care for one another, and we look forward to welcoming students back as soon as possible.
