Week in a Glance: May 4 – May 8th

Good afternoon, Raven families,

It was another amazing week of school! From the Girls’ Talk Tech presentation (complete with pizza and prizes), to exciting field trips and even a practice fire drill (yes, two weeks in a row!), our days have been full of energy and learning. Add in a school-wide STEM challenge and our annual scavenger hunt for new families, and it’s easy to see why our school community truly rocks.

We wish all our families a wonderful weekend - enjoy the warmer weather and soak up that sunshine

Warm Weather Reminders:

As we head into warmer days, here are a few reminders for everyone:

  • Water toys and water guns are not permitted on school property
  • Skateboards are not allowed on school property, including the sidewalks and bus loading areas; if brought to school, they must be stored in student lockers during school hours
  • Backpacks remain inside the school during the day; only lunches should be taken outside during recess
  • Baseballs and other hard balls are not permitted on the playground
  • Students should dress appropriately for school, following school dress code expectations
  • Bikes and scooters must be locked when stored on school grounds

Thank you for your support in helping us maintain a safe and positive environment for all students, as we head into the final months of the school year.
